By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Liberty One Insurance Services at (909) 865-6400, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
3.1 Opt-In Consent: You agree to receive Account Notifications messages from Liberty One Insurance Services on your mobile phone number. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can text Liberty One Insurance Services at (909) 865-6400 for information regarding our services.
3.2 Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your account activity and the services you utilize.
3.3 Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from you. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply.

3.6 Warranty and Disclaimer: Liberty One Insurance Services and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We strive for timely delivery but cannot guarantee it.
